Jewelry commercially among the types that cannot be returned or exchanged, like (underwear, beauty tools, perfumes, etc.) for health reasons and because we care about maintaining the safety of customers and providing the best service, it is: • No return or exchange upon the product arriving to you correctly and intact in the type, size, and color you chose. • If you receive a damaged product with a defect or different from your order, you must photograph the product directly within 24 hours of receiving the order from the shipping company, and send it with the order number via WhatsApp. (We apologize for the request for return or exchange if the product is not photographed or if more than 24 hours have passed since receiving the order from the shipping company). • If the order is canceled before execution, the full amount will be refunded. • If the order is canceled or not received from the shipping company after shipping, the shipping company will return the shipment to the sender, and only the order amount will be refunded, excluding the shipping fee. • The store is not responsible for cases of misuse or neglect of the product by the customer.
